#ThisIsWhatAProfessorLooksLike

One of the projects I wanted to launch during my sabbatical is the #ThisIsWhatAProfessorLooksLike campaign - a passion project inspired by the work of my dear friend and colleague Dr. Silvia L. Mazzula. As I recently wrote about for APA's Psychology Benefits, I never realized that getting a Ph.D. or becoming a professor was even a possibility.

Perhaps if more of us knew that there were actual professors who looked like them or loved like them, they would know that it would be possible to become one. Please feel free to share these or even create your own! #Academia #FacultyofColor #LGBTQSOC #LRNbeGreat
